Black Mountain Equity LLC ("BME") is a private investment firm that acquires and actively operates quality small and mid-sized businesses.

BME was formed by a group of experienced entrepreneurs, investors and academics with decades of experience in managing, investing in and growing businesses. Our principals and founders combine extensive operational, financial, legal and strategic backgrounds, enabling us to respond quickly and professionally in evaluating transactions.
